Step 1 - Compression of Air : Advanced and fully automatic air compressors are employed to compress the atmospheric air.
Step 2 - Purification of Air : In the second stage, the compressed air, which carries dust and carbon dioxide, is purified.
Step 3 - Cooling & Liquefaction of Air : The purified air is cooled down in order to make liquid as air can be separated easily.
Step 4 - Air Separation (Rectification) :The stainless steel air separation units separate oxygen and nitrogen without deteriorating purity.
Step 5 – Storage in Cylinders/Tanks :The final output in the form of oxygen and nitrogen is directly filled in cylinders and tanks.
